I've heard over and over again, "We're awkward in photos." It's not about posing you to make you look like some perfect couple or family. It's about making you so comfortable, that you snort when you laugh. That comfortable feeling is what directly translates into killer images. I don't want to give you cookie cutter photos, I want to photograph who you are together and what your relationship really looks like.
I often have parents apologize for their kids not smiling or for crying the whole session but I photograph it anyway. Because that's real life. These will be the photos you look back on and joke that that was the year they cried the whole session.
When you work with me, you're gaining a friend, a confidant and your own personal expert in photography. I've seen it all, and I'm here to connect with you, help you feel comfortable and have fun.

Studio sessions are available daily between the hours of 10-5.

Portrait Sessions can take place in my Broughton Street studio, in your home, in an Airbnb or at an outdoor location of your choosing. I encourage you to pick a location special to you like your favorite date night spot, the place you met, or you can choose from a variety of locations I have listed in my Featured blogs below.

Calton Hill is a popular destination in Edinburgh to take engagement photos. Morning on the hill creates the most dreamy light and the Arthur's Seat views are magical.

PREPARE: Choose your date and pay a deposit.

SESSION: You'll get expert posing and have tons of fun together. I like helping you interact and create moments of real laughter and raw emotion.
TIMING: On my booking calendar choose 9am for morning or in home photos. Choose 5pm for Sunset photos. The official start time is based on your location and the sun. (Morning usually begins between 9am-11am. In home 11am-2pm. Sunset 4pm-7pm.)
NEXT DAY: I email you and post a sneak peek to Instagram the day after your session.
GALLERY: I never limit the number of photos I give you but I do guarantee at least 50 photos. You can order prints and Albums directly from your gallery.
DELIVERY: Download your digital photos in just 2 weeks! Tell everyone how much freaking fun you had!

3. WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
A 50% deposit is required to book your date. The remainder will be due via bank transfer, credit card or cash on the day of your session. To book your date and pay your deposit. Follow the instructions on the booking calendar.
2. WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
I post sneak peeks to Instagram the day after your session and I send your downloadable online gallery of images in just 1-2 weeks!
1. DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?
There is no travel fee for Edinburgh sessions. Message me for a custom quote for a Session outside of Edinburgh.
