6 years ago I filmed Amanda and Beau’s wedding video. I graduated college with a degree in film but today I’m a photographer. It all started with this silohuette shot… After I delivered the DVD for a yacht wedding, the Bride, got in touch and asked me if I could give her a screen capture. She told me “That silohuette shot brought tears to my eyes”, and that her photographer hadn’t shot anything like that. That was pretty much all the encouragement I needed to become a photographer.

This weekend I had the honour of photographing Amanda and Beau as they welcome the next chapter in their lives together. I met Ernest a year after Amanda and Beau’s wedding and I told him this story many times. So it was such a surreal moment for us. It was pretty amazing to see these two again and it was such an easy and friendly session. Ernest even got to show some magic! Thanks for getting in touch Amanda you two were great!
